Potash Evaporation Fabrication Experience
JNE Welding works with OEM for the mining industry to fabricate mining and processing equipment for the potash industry. JNE Welding is experienced in producing evaporator tanks for the potash mining industry. Saskatchewan is home to some of the largest deposits of potash which has given JNE Welding the opportunity to fabricate large evaporators.
About Potash Evaporation
Potash evaporator tanks are used to increase the concentration of potassium chloride in the brine to saturation. This process is generally used to remove other chemicals such as sodium chloride and increase the concentration of the desire material. Successive evaporators are often employed to remove water. Generally, evaporators are used prior to crystallization tanks. Evaporators are common in solution mining operations to remove excess water used in the extraction process.
