Mobile Welding Saskatchewan
JNE’s Quickfab department is specifically designed to handle small to medium sized projects with expedited timelines. This department’s focus on responsive customer service make them an excellent choice for your quick turnaround jobs.
With the support of the large fabrication plant behind it, we have access to unique expertise and resource such as technical welding expertise for complex work. We bring a fast and innovative approach to mobile welding and repair.
Mobile Welding Experience
Our technical expertise and equipment allow us to complete difficult onsite welds and fabrications. In situations where vessels may not be able to be removed or installed in once piece we can fabricate in place. We’ve replaced large hot water vessels for a boiler room by in place fabrication without the need for demolition or renovation of the facility. This allowed for significant cost savings as well as less disruption to the facility.
Having both a large facility and mobile welding trucks has allowed us to fabricate large components which can later be installed onsite. For example: we’ve fabricated and installed a wheel house and deck cabins for a 15 car ferry. This project also included numerous modifications to the ferry to keep it up to date.
JNE has experience welding:
- carbon steel
- stainless steel
- duplex stainless
- super duplex
- chromium carbide
- Inconel
- Monel
- and more.
